HOW WE WORK
Phase 1: Consultation
The consultation is the beginning of our relationship! We meet on location so we can get a feel for the space – you will share, we will listen – and together we will talk through your vision.
Phase 2: Schematic
The schematic phase is when we create an overview of what your space will look like, vision board and floor plans included. This is when the process really starts to get exciting because you will begin to see your vision turn into reality!
Phase 3: Design Development
The design development phase is when we begin to layout the details for the project – paint colors, textiles, fixtures, furniture samples, materials for custom installations, etc. Once completed, you will receive an overview with all of these design details.
Phase 4: Procurement
The procurement phase is when we are working on all the details needed for installation day. We work with our vendors and merchants to procure all of the items sourced for you in the Design Development phase. We handle all the small details involved in placing your orders, along with ensuring that everything ships on time and is in good shape when it’s received into our warehouse so that it’s ready to go for installation day.
Phase 5: Installation
The Installation phase is when the fun really begins! All of the product and materials will arrive on location and we will begin with the best part of all – turning your house into a home, your retail space into a beautifully curated store, your vacation house into the perfect getaway.
